This project consists of the expansion of an existing WWTP to provide odor control and process increasing quantities of wet weather flow. Work included major equipment repair by replacement and electrical upgrades. AFRAM was part of the URS construction management team to provide peer reviews for civil and mechanical design, documentation, and constructability review. AFRAM also participated in the pre-construction phase by providing design peer review at the 30%, 60%, and 90% engineering deliverables, constructability review of drawings and specifications, and review of the engineer’s cost estimate. AFRAM also provided startup, commissioning, final acceptance, and close-out for the post construction phase.
